We have organized the content of this site into articles and each article belongs to one or more categories. With the categories listed on the left side of the screen you can directly select all available articles belonging each of these areas of interest.

In order to drill down directly to information you are interested in you can also use the search function to the left – just type in one or a few words and see what we have available.

As new articles are added to our site – the most recent article appears on the top in the place you are reading this text – older articles are added to an archive. You may browse the archives chronologically within the monthly archives appearing below the ‘Categories’ in the left side bar.

But we don’t just want you to peruse our site, we also want to hear your comments. For this purpose each article has a comments section at the end. We would love to have the comment section wide open for everybody to fast and easily convey contributions but unfortunately spam is the current way of life. So we had to close the gates a bit to dam the flood of spam that would otherwise drown our site.

So, we would like you to register with the site. It’s very simple. Click on the link ‘Register’ at the bottom left of the page and enter a user name, under which you want to be referred to on the site (your first and last name would do just fine) and your email and click the ‘Register…’ button.

Within a minute you will get an email with a temporary password we assigned to you. (If you don’t see the mail please check your spam folder, it could have gotten in there.)

With your user name and the new password you can then log into the site. On first login you will be presented with a page where you could complete your profile. As a minimum we would suggest to give yourself another password that you can remember – enter it twice at the lower right side of the screen and click ‘Update Profile…’

Now you click on ‘View site’ at the top of the screen and you are in business. If you click either on the headline of an article or on the ‘Comments’ at the bottom of an article you will view this article by itself and it will have a field at the bottom into which you can enter your comment.

Make comments or ask questions – we are monitoring the entries to our articles and will respond. Please avoid specific medical questions as there are other visitors able to view those questions and we are legally not able to answer the questions without first meeting you.
