Uneven or asymmetric breasts are not uncommon. If the difference is not very big, this can be hidden with padded bras, but if the difference between the breasts so too big to be hidden then the situation can become a real handicap, especially for a woman interested in sports, particularly in swimming. Low cut evening dresses can usually not be worn.

Dr. Orloff can correct this problem and you will be able to enjoy evening dresses or bikinies without the worries that pads might shift.

The most common type of shape-modifying injections to the bottom is the “Brazilian butt lift”. The procedure is also called fat injections, fat transfer, or fat grafting. It usually consists of a combination of liposuction around the buttocks and many injections of fat into the buttocks. The fat is harvested by liposuction from the patient’s buttocks, abdomen or elsewhere. The fat is processed and purified before it is reinjected. Depending on the amount of augmentation needed, the patient may need to undergo a significant number of injections, which are made at various sites and depths in the buttocks.

Gynecomastia may be the result of a medical condition such as hormonal metabolism imbalance or liver disease. Prior to choosing surgery you should see your primary care physician to eliminate these potential causes.If these enlarged breast are simply due to excess skin and fat, they can be surgically improved.

Gynecomastia is an overdevelopment of breast tissue in men.  This condition can occur naturally or result from certain medical conditions or medical treatments.  Most men suffering from gynecomastia become very self conscious about their appearance.  Fortunately, gynecomastia correction is a simple procedure. Sometimes, for optimal results, extra skin is removed as well.

The procedure is performed on outpatient basis and take about two hours.  Recovery is rapid and most men return to their usual activities in about one week.

An over-development of male breast tissue is a disorder that can happen naturally or may be the result of certain medical conditions or medical treatments. This condition – gynecomastia – does create unpleasant feeling of self-consciousness in the majority men suffering from it. Fortunately the remedy is a simple procedure. In one technique the breast tissue is removed by liposuction through very small incisions.

This type of technique was employed with the patient below and there are really no visible scars.This procedure took about two hours and was performed on an outpatient basis and in about one week the patient returned to his regular activities.

Treatment of acne with a intense pulsed light (IPL) laser inhibits future breakouts of inflammatory acne. By using advanced technology, such as contact cooling, Dr. Orloff is able to deliver a more comfortable treatments for your patients.

Our dual band laser employs a blue spectrum of light that is absorbed by porphyrins; this destroys p. acnes bacteria to inhibit future acne breakouts.

The advantages of using our IPL laser are

• Few, if any, side effects are typically experienced, compared with topical or oral medications.
• Pulsed light treatment of acne may supplement other treatments, enhancing overall results and patient satisfaction.

Dark ink large or small tattoos can be completely removed or faded with laser treatments. The number of treatments will vary depending on the type of ink used, size of the tattoo and depth of the tattoo. Even different colors such as red, yellow, or green can be successfully treated and faded. Each treatment usually only lasts several minutes. We implement different techniques such as local anesthetic, numbing cream, and cold to make it as comfortable as possible.

Skins vary widely and the way the tattoo had been applied can make a big difference for the required number of treatments with the laser to remove it.
