About 3 years ago my son came into the living room where I was writing. It was about 10:00 in the evening. My daughter had her arm around him and he was very upset. My daughter said “Mom, Jake has something to say to you.” He said, “Mom, please help me change the way I look.” He also told me that he was being teased at school. I told hom that I would do what I could. I lied. I looked down at the pile of bills that I had. I remember how hopeless I felt. We had moved in with my Mom, I was a single mother and a teacher with a salary that could probably qualify for food stamps. I cried, alot.

Jake’s self esteem was not good. Anytime he tried something new, he would be up the night before crying and worrying about how people would see him. Shortly after the 10:00 talk we had, I was helping out in Jake’s class. His teacher asked me if I had ever thought about doing
something with Jake’s nose. I laughed. She said that she knew someone who might help. She phoned her friend, Barbara R., who phoned me. This all leads to you. The fact is, I would have driven to the North Pole, under water, to help Jake. You let us come, only 15 minutes away to Burbank.

I know you don”t like people to make a big deal about what you do for others. The truth is that the greatest thing any of us can do is to help someone in need – especially children.
There are few of us how have this honor, and you do it so well.

I don’t know how to express my deep gratitude for the extraordinary job you did on me!   I have been religiously exercising six days a week for 20 years.  In addition I have done motivational speaking for Pritikin and other weight loss centers and  I have even written a book on weight loss, but no amount of exercise or  healthy eating would remove the fat pockets that have been forming on my body for the last two years which was extremely frustrating.  The first thing you told me was that it wasn’t my fault……that it was a result of changing hormonal levels due to menopause and that you felt you could make a big difference for me.  That was the world’s biggest understatement!  I have gone from a size 12 to a size 6 …..in just two weeks!  I am fitting back into my old clothes and at 55 years of age am finally wearing hip huggers!  While trying on clothes the other day a woman looked at me and said “Well, aren’t you the lucky one to look so great in everything with that adorable little body!”  I couldn’t believe she was talking to me!  I am amazed that you somehow knew who was beneath all that fat, because you restored me to exactly the way I was before this all happened.

Using breast implants not only enlarges the size, but it provides more fullness in the upper chest and cleavage area. Wearing smaller tops and thin shoulder strapped clothing becomes easier. In many cases the procedure eliminates the need for a bra and the need to hide bra straps. Strapless evening dresses fit much better.

Went in for my 2nd post-op check-up this morning…things are looking great! The remaining bandages were taken off and I finally got the chance to look at the twins in all their glory. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

For anyone looking for a plastic surgeon in the Los Angeles area, I highly recommend Dr. Orloff. His entire operation is first class. The superior quality of his work is evidenced by the results…his experience, education and credentials speak for themselves. Not only that, but he’s a very personable and nice guy.

Went clothes shopping today for the first time since my bOOb job…what a difference having bOObies makes! Before having bOObies I would try on tops for hours and maybe find 1 that looked half-way decent on me…and that’s no exaggeration. Now I spend half the amount of time and find TONS of tops that look great…clothes shopping has become a completely different experience…I actually enjoy it now. Aside from feeling more self-confident, this was one of the main reasons I went thru with the surgery…just to be able to shop normally.

I think it was Jennifer Love Hewitt that once said that bOObs were the perfect accessory…now I know what she’s talking about!

Every time I look at myself in the mirror I see a younger face smiling back at me. I also enjoy getting dressed and showing off my new figure. I walk light, I feel younger and I am younger, and this shows in my look.

This is all thanks to you, Dr. Orloff. What a great team! … My (surgical) experience was one of the best events of my life. The best part is even my friends don’t quite know what’s different about me, just that I look great. I felt truly and completely cared for, and afterwards the follow-up care was unbelievable.
