Given his exclusive fellowship and training in Craniofacial Surgery at UCLA, Dr. Orloff is often called upon to perform unique and comprehensive procedures to improve the shape and contour of a patient’s face. There are many different contouring procedures available, and Dr. Orloff is an expert in each.

For those individuals dissatisfied with the shape of their face, Dr. Orloff may perform liposuction or buccal fat removal to remove unwanted fat deposits in the face. He is also an expert at implant procedures, including cheek or chin implants to enhance these areas of the face. Various augmentation procedures are also utilized, including Genioplasty which is a chin augmentation utilizing the patient’s own tissue to enhance the chin area.
