The neck lift procedure focuses on redefining the jaw line and improving the neck contour. Well hidden incisions behind the ears are used to soften neck bands and reduce excess skin. The neck muscles are strengthened and reinforced and the hanging skin is elevated. This procedure is often combined with a chin implant. Many women and a growing number of men want a curvier, rounder and shapelier rear end.  Whether it is time, weight loss, or just improving on mother nature people can undergo injections of their own fat in a surgical procedure known a gluteoplasty or Brazilian butt lift.  Working through a small incision between the butt cheeks, the surgeon injects the patient’s own fat into each butt cheek.  During recovery the patient wears a compression garment.  In most cases non-athletic activities and driving can be resumed in about  5 days.

One of the hallmarks of great cosmetic or plastic surgery is that you can’t really tell what changed, but that the overall impression and appearance has changed, but changed so subtly that it is not apparent.

An exchange like: “Wow, Henry, we haven’t met in ages – nice nose job!” is probably not a good compliment for the person responsible for the ‘nose job,’ but an exchange like “Man, you look great, what have you done, got a lot of sleep since last month? Come on – tell me what you did, I’m your friend, you can tell!’ – certainly is.

The face lift in the following images is such a successful procedure. You can’t point your finger on what exactly has changed but the overall appearance and impression is of a much younger person.

This young man had two procedures.

He had male breasts or “gynecomastia”. These are made smaller by liposuction.

In addition he had lost weight and was left with extra skin on his stomach. This wound overhang over his underwear. This was cut out and made tighter.

This woman wanted to have the excess fat on her thighs removed. You can appreciate she has larger fatty deposits in the outside thigh areas. Sometimes these are called saddlebags.

Following liposuction her thighs are visibly smaller, yet they still maintain a natural shape.

Using breast implants not only enlarges the size, but it provides more fullness in the upper chest and cleavage area. Wearing smaller tops and thin shoulder strapped clothing becomes easier. In many cases the procedure eliminates the need for a bra and the need to hide bra straps. Strapless evening dresses fit much better.

Went clothes shopping today for the first time since my bOOb job…what a difference having bOObies makes! Before having bOObies I would try on tops for hours and maybe find 1 that looked half-way decent on me…and that’s no exaggeration. Now I spend half the amount of time and find TONS of tops that look great…clothes shopping has become a completely different experience…I actually enjoy it now. Aside from feeling more self-confident, this was one of the main reasons I went thru with the surgery…just to be able to shop normally.

I think it was Jennifer Love Hewitt that once said that bOObs were the perfect accessory…now I know what she’s talking about!
