			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the hallmarks of great cosmetic or plastic surgery is that you can&#8217;t really tell what changed, but that the overall impression and appearance has changed, but changed so subtly that it is not apparent.</p>
<p>An exchange like: &#8220;Wow, Henry, we haven&#8217;t met in ages &#8211; nice nose job!&#8221; is probably not a good compliment for the person responsible for the &#8216;nose job,&#8217;  but an exchange like &#8220;Man, you look great, what have you done, got a lot of sleep since last month? Come on &#8211; tell me what you did, I&#8217;m your friend, you can tell!&#8217; &#8211; certainly is.</p>
<p>The face lift in the following images is such a successful procedure. You can&#8217;t point your finger on what exactly has changed but the overall appearance and impression is of a much younger person.</p>
