An over-development of male breast tissue is a disorder that can happen naturally or may be the result of certain medical conditions or medical treatments. He had male breasts or “gynecomastia”. These are made smaller by liposuction.

In addition he had lost weight and was left with extra skin on his stomach which would hang over his underwear. This was cut out and made tighter.
