Dear Dr. Orloff and Staff,
First, let me take this opportunity as a patients wife and now a patient myself for the concern you have shown to us. I know Bob has been completly satisfied with your expertize and knowledge.
When moving away from a state we have lived in, we were so much in the dark over California’s medical field. Myself being in the medical field I am probably the worst to judge.
From the Moment Bob entered your office, we were greeted with smiles from your staff feeling as if everyone really cared about our concerns. Tou as a doctor must take the time out to compliment all of them, keep some for yourself also.
