This young woman’s breasts were augmented using a small incision around the lower part of the areola -  the colored part of the breast  around the nipple.  This heals exceptionally well so the scar becomes imperceptible.

Observe that the whole breast is larger, especially on the top.  That is one part of the breast that seems to get smaller with aging and child rearing.
